Premier Community Bank is seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant at our Marion, WI office.
If you're ready for an exciting and diverse role with opportunities to learn and grow, keep reading! As an Administrative Assistant, you will have the opportunity to support various departments, including Human Resources and Marketing.
This role offers a unique chance to gain insights into multiple areas of the bank and develop a broad understanding of its operations.
Responsibilities include: Compile Board of Director Packets and meeting agendas including meeting notifications Manage multiple software programs for bank operations Plan events to support bank goals Complete and audit various reports and documents for accuracy Correspondence with employees, applicants, and community members Maintain, organize, and distribute items to the branch offices, including, supply of printed materials for the branch office's, business development, donation, and promotional items (physically and electronically).
Organize and manage marketing collateral (physically and electronically) Required skills: High School diploma, or its equivalent and preferably three years of clerical or administrative experience.
Associate degree or equivalent is a plus Must possess high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and to interact and communicate with customers and employees of the Bank Work requires attention to detail in composing and proofing materials.
Must possess organizational skills to establish priorities, work independently and meet deadlines with a diversified workload.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with ability to multi-task.
