*JOB SUMMARY*
Responsible for day-to-day recruitment efforts across five Divisions to address current and future staffing needs.
Performs all tasks necessary to confirm needs, advertise openings, and manage/monitor job-boards, incoming applications, and resumes for hourly roles.
Sets up and conducts pre-interviews and in-person interviews, communicating selections to HR team for generation of offers and all pre-employment and on-boarding functions afterwards.
Works with staffing agencies as necessary, while recognizing direct hires are the preferred method of filling openings unless otherwise noted.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities *
1.
Build and maintain relationships with HR Team, Division Leadership, and Supervisors to ensure the recruitment needs are properly addressed.
2.
Review and confirm current vacant positions and temporary needs and develop plans to meet staffing requirements.
3.
Organize, set up, and attend job fairs at various venues dependent upon available options in proximity to each Division.
Division representatives will attend in lieu of the Corporate Recruiter where travel isn’t possible nor logical.
4.
Target active and passive job seekers through various methods including Employee Referral Program, job boards, and other means.
Communicate employee referrals to payroll for tracking and processing.
5.
Conduct recruitment and selection activities including: job description reviews, job advertisement and posting preparation; applicant pre-screening and interview scheduling; set up in person interviews with HR/Supervisors and respond to candidate inquiries and complaints; conduct reference checks when necessary and present hiring recommendation to management; communicate need for job offers and offer letter preparation to HR team.
6.
Communicate with external staffing partners as temporary staffing needs occur, and address any issues regarding current temporary staff including attendance and adhering to other Company policies and procedures.
7.
Organize, set up, and conduct orientation for temporary employees when possible or logical.
8.
Collect and forward paperwork related to temporary staff to HR team.
9.
Administrative assistance to HR team as necessary, to include: filing, document audits, creation of reports and queries, etc.

Pay: From $55,000.
