WHAT YOU'LL DO Assist guests dropping off vehicles for repair including but not limited to: greeting, check-in, loaner options, and addressing questions/concerns Proactively contact guests with vehicles being repaired and provide updates Assist Body Shop Manager with Accounts Receivable, schedule follow up including contacting insurance companies and guests for payment, as well as supplemental payments Respond promptly to all emails and resolve all concerns with assistance of Body Shop Manager Work with detail department to ensure completed vehicles are cleaned and ready for guest pickup Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm OR 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Pay starting at $19.

00/hour based on experience.
