The Division of Community Correction is recruiting for an Assistant Regional Chief ( Correctional Services Manager ).
This position will be working in Region 8, Regional Office located at 427 East Tower Drive Suite 200, Wautoma, WI.
Note: This position is eligible to work remotely up to 3 days per week.

Position Summary This position serves as Assistant Regional Chief within one of eight Division of Community Corrections regions with significant administrative responsibility for the development and implementation of regional programs and policies; supervising and directing assigned unit offices; monitoring and controlling the region’s operating budget; and the Community Corrections Employment Program (CCEP).
Working relationships are maintained with public and elected officials, state and community agencies, service vendors, community leaders and all elements of the criminal justice system to enhance service delivery and resolve problems within the region.
Salary Information This position is in pay schedule/range 81-01 with an annual salary of $101,920 - $118,518, plus excellent benefits.
Pay on appointment for current state employees may vary according to the applicable pay transaction provisions of the Compensation Plan, Wisconsin Administrative Code, and statutes.
A 2-year Career Executive trial period is required.

• Working with and supervising others in the use of Evidence Based Practices.
• Serving on interagency or cross-divisional workgroups or committees.
