Service Advisor

*Service Advisor* Wisconsin Kenworth is a new dealership in North Fond du Lac offering sales, service and parts to its customers.
The location offers a state of the art facility with a 17 bay service department, warehousing of thousands of parts alongside the parts, service and administrative staff to support all the needs of the dealership.
*Job Description* The Service Advisor position is ideal for someone who has the ability to work in a dealership environment, has sufficient computer skills, and excellent communication skills.
*Duties and Responsibilities* * Create a positive initial contact with service customers * Ensure that all service phone calls are handled professionally and expediently * Work closely with the Service Manager to schedule and coordinate all service repairs * Open work orders * Discuss service issues with customer and create an accurate description of customer’s service problems and requests * Maintain communication with customer as necessary during the repair process * Maintain complete knowledge of OEM and vendor warranties * Close repair orders and collect customer payments *Qualifications:* * Ability to work in a dealership environment * Willingness and ability to work up to 12 hours per day as required * Ability to work with customers in a variety of situation and sell service work * Good writing, communication and computer skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $41,000.
