caregivers to join our team at our Wild Rose location.
The work hours for this position are 2 p.
m.
to 10 p.
m.
This position includes working every other weekend and rotating holidays.

The following is a brief description of your duties:
Completes tasks that maintain the resident's environment and contribute to efficiency in caring for residents.
Works to provide a safe, home-like environment for residents that helps maximize independent functioning of the residents.
Provides supporting care and services to residents such as linen and laundry activities, housekeeping duties, and meal support including reminders to residents to attend.
Provides assistance to and from meals; helps with recreational and social activities; aids residents who have limited mobility by walking with them or transporting them in wheelchairs.
Performs administrative tasks such as answering phones and greeting visitors.
Other duties assigned by Administration.
Copperleaf Senior Living offers competitive wages, and your hourly wage will initially be offered based off experience.
Requirements:
assist residents with daily personal cares, including bathing and toileting
assist residents with transfers, as needed o assist with preparing and set-up/cleanup of meals and snacks o launder residents clothing, bedding, and towels
give medications to residents at proper times after approved training o assist with resident recreational activities as needed o routinely observe resident physical/mental status o properly report changes or significant information accordingly
answer the telephone and communicate with visitors in a friendly, professional manner o fulfill housekeeping and maintenance tasks as assigned o complete all necessary paperwork/charting when required o provide transportation for residents as needed o attend required Continuing education trainings as scheduled o any and all other reasonably related duties as assigned
This position requires strict confidentiality regarding all company matters.
It is an expectation of Administration that any and all information shared will remain in the strictest confidence.
physical requirements
This position requires full range of body motion, including handling, lifting, and assisting residents, manual and finger dexterity, and eye-hand coordination.
It requires standing and walking for extensive periods of time and carrying items weighing up to 30 pounds.
It requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range, and working under stressful conditions and/or working irregular hours at times.
