The *Graphic Coordinator* supports the customer’s graphic team with the tasks and activities essential to successful execution of artwork development projects to align with OEC’s client and their respective customers’ strategies.
Compile data, run reports, enter project information into databases, and perform other duties as assigned to support the graphics team.
Accurately complete tasks on time, communicating frequently with stake holders.
Build technical skills and expertise of products, categories, and print requirements to drive speed to market, reduce redundancy, and minimize inaccuracy.
Must be deadline conscious, able to work independently, and driven to learn systems and processes with varying degrees of complexity.

This role works out of OEC's Appleton, Wisconsin location.
Consideration must be made for customer training and meetings.

*Roles & Responsibilities:*
* Support execution of artwork development for customer new product launches, line extensions, redesigns, product improvement, and cost-savings projects
* Execute accurate data entry and task completion in various systems including SAP Project Lifecycle Management (SAP-PLM) and our Graphics routing system
* Support system integrations by compiling and validating data
* Support team members to create value for the Winland organization
* Upload renders and imagery to Asset Management site and add metadata
* Create pivot tables, charts, and other data-driven solutions from Excel files as requested
* Assist team with Master Dieline creation and upload processes
* Identify and support areas of technical and process improvement, SOP creation, and inter-team training
* Other duties as assigned

*Qualifications & Experience:*
* Bachelor’s degree in graphics, Communications, Print Technologies, or related field preferred, or Associate degree with 2-3 years of experience in related field
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (especially Excel) required
* Packaging, prepress, and/or print knowledge
* SAP and/or SAP-PLM experience a huge plus but not required
* Familiarity with both Mac and PC platforms
* Highly organized and superior attention to detail
* High performance expectations of themselves and others
* Strong project management, time management, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
* Proven ability to manage and prioritize analytical, data-driven, and administrative tasks
* Travel – less than 5%
