The Role – What You’ll Do!
This role helps the Burke Order Entry team by being an Order Guru! You will be an integral part of a team that helps bring Play That Moves You® to communities around the world! This includes:
Receiving and reviewing all incoming orders for accuracy – and following-up on any missing or incomplete information
Being the Department communicator – email order acknowledgements, route orders to appropriate departments for processing, provide information, orders, and general communication both internally and externally
Processing order changes and Burke surfacing quotes and orders in a timely manner
Importing material requirements for incoming orders into the Production schedule
Filing necessary documents and keep department spreadsheets updated and accurate
Qualifications That Move Us!
Experience in a similar role is highly preferred
Proficiency in MS Office software required
Strong attention to detail, basic math, and organizational skills
Must have strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Enjoys teamwork and building relationships
