Job Description The Syndicated Non-Agent Deal Admin is responsible for the day-to-day activity of syndicated loans where U.
S.
Bank is the Non-Agent lender.
You will have a dedicated portfolio of Non-Agent syndicated deals and work directly with Agent banks, the Business Lines and other U.
S Bank teams such as Deal Closing, Agency Services and Trade to ensure success.
Responsibilities include: Provide administrative and operational loan support to Relationship Managers, Syndicators, and high-profile borrowers Process Agent Bank requests in a timely manner on system of record Maintain consistent awareness of fluctuating interest rates and loan balances throughout the life of the loan Conduct diligent research to ensure seamless alignment with Agent Banks Act as a liaison between business lines and lender banks by facilitating internal and external communication, as necessary Develop money movement strategies, including managing all incoming and outgoing wires Ensure cash flows and wires adhere to internal policies Understand and strive to meet or exceed processing metrics while providing consistent service to the Agent Banks, Relationship Managers, Syndicators and high-profile borrowers Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management, or equivalent work experience - Two to four years of related experience Preferred Skills/Experience - Basic knowledge of operational, administrative and accounting requirements for loan servicing - Ability to understand operational and administrative risk as related to syndicated credits - Strong relationship management, analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously with minimal guidance - Excellent customer service/relations skills - Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret information - Effective verbal and written communication skills - Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications #WCIBO #USBOps If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.
