ABOUT THE POSITION
Heritage Vet Partners, with offices in Oshkosh, WI, Lenexa, KS, Omaha, NE and West Point, NE is looking for a highly qualified individual interested in pursuing a career with a company experiencing tremendous growth.
As Administration Operations Specialist, you will work directly with clinic support teams and the systems integration team, providing guidance and support as clinics transition to being a Heritage Vet Partner.
This position will require the ability to communicate with veterinarians and clinic support staff to drive operational excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide clinic administrative support using Heritage’s ERP system to accomplish product ordering, inventory counting, sales/invoicing, payment and deposit entry
Respond to inquiries and provide advice to the vet partner practices regarding current and potential system inputs, processes, and outputs
Provide virtual trainings and backup for clinic support staff through transition periods
Continuously refine and update Standard Operating Processes as features and usage of Heritage’s ERP system develop/change
Ability to occasionally travel to clinics for systems training

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Great customer service and interpersonal skills
Previous clinic experience preferred but not required
Solutions oriented (wants to get things done right, the best way, and ahead of schedule)
Advanced computer knowledge, specifically experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
Solve problems by thinking outside the box
Ability to quickly acquire a deep understanding of ERP and other business systems
Happy to train employees
2 - 4 years of post-high school education in a business, or related field and/or 2 years of experience in a business management position
