The Part time Maintenance person is responsible for working with supervisors, onsite staff, and residents to insure all maintenance is executed in a timely professional manner.
Skills and Abilities - experience in apartment maintenance - plumbing - electrical - carpentry - painting - Ability to work independently and with others Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent - Apartment maintenance experience preferred - Valid drivers license - Reliable transportation - Must have own tools - Must be able to lift 50lbs The Part time Apartment Maintenance person is required to maintain the property, perform service request for current residents, and return unoccupied apartments to a rent ready condition.
