The Heart of the Valley YMCA is hiring a School Age Child Care Coordinator to support our growing before & after school child care program.
Work closely with our School Age Director, as well as other leaders invested in bringing quality child care to our community.
This position is partnered with the students and families attending the Kaukauna and Kimberly elementary schools.
Coordinators at the Y train & develop staff, create initiatives & activities to be implemented within programming and maintain a safe place for students & staff.
As someone working with school-aged children, you'll be responsible for delivering positive fun, energy and warmth in an educational environment!
This is a full-time with flexibility ranging between 6:30am - 6:00pm.
Associates or Bachelor's degree in Education or Child Care is preferred.
Prior experience as a child care lead-qualified teacher.
Previous leadership and supervisory experience, &/or child care administration credential is preferred but not required.
Working knowledge of licensing and YoungStar components at school age sites.
