*The Job* · responsible for the daily pre-cleaning, cleaning, and sanitizing of the facility and production equipment after use, following established SOP’s.
· Disassemble, clean, and sanitize all functions ensuring that the facility and equipment is cleaned and sanitized in a safe manner, following written SOP’s, to ensure a food safe production environment.

· Communicates with Supervisor on all equipment or building deviations noted during sanitation.
*Skills Required* * Prior food manufacturing sanitation experience preferred but not required.
* Must be able to stand on your feet for extended periods.
* Ability work with hands and to lift to 50lbs very repetitively.
* Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices a plus * Ability to understand chemical applications of cleaning and sanitation chemicals.
* Mechanical ability and familiar with tool use for equipment disassembly and reassembly.
