*Description* We are looking for a Cleaner to take care of our facilities and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties.
The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.
*Responsibilities* * Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.
) * Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects * Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs * Stock and maintain supply rooms * Follow all health and safety regulations * Assist with some cold-food related kitchen tasks such as putting away orders and cleaning food for prep * Setting up tables & chairs for events and restaurant needs * Setting tables *Skills* * Proven working experience as a cleaner helpful but not required * Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery * Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies or willingness to learn * A keen eye for attention to details * Ability to work independently As a banquet, catering and restaurant facility we rely on upholding high standards when it comes to keeping our establishment clean.

Ideal candidates will be able to lift/push/pull 50 lbs.
on occasion, routinely bend, stoop, squat and move at a brisk pace, and like working both independently as well as in a small group.

Position will range from 15-35 hours a week depending on your availability, your requested hours, and business needs.
Shifts begin at 8:00 am with varying out times depending on what tasks needs to be completed each day.
Typical ending hours are 1:00-3:00 p.
m.
with some flexibility for the right candidate.
Job Types: Part-time Schedule: * Day shift * Holidays required (closed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day) Responsibilities: - Perform general cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards - Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors - Dust and polish furniture and fixtures - Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies - Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly - Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment - Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals in a safe manner Qualifications: - Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work preferred, but not required - Ability to work independently and follow instructions - Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks - Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary - Good communication skills to interact with team members and clients Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
