Your job as a Software Developer will be to contribute to the improvement of the customer experience through the software that our end users use.
As a valuable part of the product and development team, you will be able to make a tangible impact on the business to turn problems into solutions we can all be proud of.
By working with product owners and stakeholders to refine software requirements and fully understanding the problem you are facing, you will turn to the whiteboard and determine the best way to approach the problem with code.
Once you’ve collaborated with the team to decide on an approach, you’ll take to the keyboard where your code will tell the rest of the story.
Testing and user validation will follow, and you’ll be able to see how your work improves the way we do business with our customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Uphold Nicolet’s philosophy and policies by maintaining appropriate controls to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, thereby fulfilling legal responsibilities and enhancing the quality of Nicolet.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES: N/A KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Translate well-defined business problems into technical problems Design, develop, and thoroughly test production-ready code to solve those business problems Create technical documentation to guide users and other developers through your work.
Iterate on your designs and code to improve the state of Nicolet’s software stack Identifying areas for modification, as well as maintaining and upgrading current code.
Working closely with others, developers, product owners, and subject matter experts.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without limitation Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills A desire to work within a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based support environment Experience with the full software development lifecycle (design, implementation, testing, deployment) Experience working on complex business system integrations Experience with object-oriented programming and design patterns Experience with core web technologies (HTML, Javascript, HTTP, HTTPS, etc.
) Experience with relational databases and relational data models Preferred Qualifications: Experience working on Salesforce platforms Direct experience working on a CRM platform for middle market and enterprise size companies Experience and expertise in Force.
com technology stack including Aura Framework, Lightning Web Components, Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Process Builder, Schema Builder, and Flow.
Experience with SOAP web services.
