This internship is primarily in-office at our Neenah, WI location and is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the rapidly growing field of Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
As an RPA Developer Intern, you will design, develop, implement, and support business automation projects.
You will work closely with development team members, business analysts, and business process owners to analyze business workflows and create automated processes.
The ideal candidate will graduate December 2024 or later with a degree in computer science, web development, information technology, or a related field.
This is a year-round internship; during the summer and school breaks the position is 40 hours per week (8:00am – 4:30pm), and part-time during the school year (approximately 20-25 hours per week, based on your class schedule and our company’s business hours).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, develop, implement, and support automated processes
Follow department policies, standards, and best practices
Help drive successful adoption of RPA automations
Collaborate with internal associates to identify process improvement opportunities and streamline workflows prior to automating them
Analyze business requirements and workflows
Test, debug, and maintain existing automated processes
Assist with assessments to determine whether RPA is a good fit for a process and aid in prioritization
QUALIFICATIONS:
Currently pursuing an Associate or Bachelor degree in computer science, web development, information technology, or related field
Lean Six Sigma classes or training a plus
Fundamental knowledge of computer science concepts, databases, and queries
Understand common software development terms and languages
Willingness to learn RPA and other automation technologies
Strong listening and communication skills
Keen analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving ability
Ability to be flexible and work within a team environment
Strong organization and prioritization skills
Proficient in MS Office
