Alta Resources is hiring Customer Service Representatives, located at our downtown Neenah call center, to support our client’s products.
You bring the desire to succeed as customer service professional and we’ll provide the necessary training and on-going education.
Previous work experience in healthcare, administrative, retail, food service or call center industries is helpful but not required.
Each of our client teams are like a small community within our company.
Those members all have a passion to help and serve others.

Duties & Qualities
• Use phone (voice), email and other forms of communication to address the needs of our client’s customers
• Help facilitate, analyze & resolve customer issues
• Provide product support, solutions & additional product information
• Strong desire and passion to help and serve others
• High level of confidence, enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with clients, customers and co-workers
