Apartment Maintenance (Chilton)

Apartment maintenance for the Chilton and Valders area.
Duties include light repair work to the apartments mechanicals and cleaning of units upon apartment change over.
Typical handyman work is required.
$22 per hour with a 1 hour paid minimum and 1/2 hour increments thereafter.
Mileage paid at 50 cents per mile.
Hourly rate is negotiable depending on experience and skill level.
