The Neenah-Menasha YMCA is hiring a full-time lead-qualified child care teachers in our 3-year old room.
As an early childhood teacher, you will develop your own lessons plans for the children in your room.
You'll create an environment that fosters early learning and social development.
Enhance children's learning experience through play, language, and interactive activities, as well as use positive procedures when guiding children's behavior.
Families love bringing their children to our early childhood care programs because of our amazing teachers.
As a lead teacher, you will interact frequently and affectionately with children around 3 years old.
This is a full-time position with hours of availability, Monday through Friday between 6:00 am-6:00 pm.
18 years of age or older.
Completed high school or its equivalency as determined by the DPI.
Previous experience working with infants and children is required.
Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred but not required.
Lead Teacher Positions: Must have a minimum of Introduction to the Child Care Profession, Skills and Strategies for the Childcare teacher, and Fundamentals of Infant and Toddler Care or its equivalent within 6 months of hire.
