We are looking for a School Age Program Coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in program coordination, school age care in a group setting, Microsoft 365, and Youngstar or other quality rating scales, group child care rules and requirements, and working as a member of a team.
Registry level 12 or above required.
The School Age Program Coordinator will be responsible for working as a member of the administrative and teaching team to provide high quality care and education.
Responsibilities:
* Create and Implement program plans, goals, and objectives for before and after care, summer care for a group of 20-30 school age children
* Oversee school year school schedules to coordinate scheduling with other team members
* Develop positive relationships with school age children, families, and area school personnel
* Coordinate program activities with team members
* Ensure compliance with State and federal requirements
* Develop and maintain relationships with team members, parents and children, community members
* Follow program budgets and resources
* Develop required reports and documents to fulfill program needs
* Work in classrooms as needed to fulfill staffing needs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.
00 - $20.
00 per hour
