The YMCA of the Fox Cities is hiring staff for their Wellness Centers.
A Wellness Center Associate at the Y shares their passion for health & well-being to assist participants with a safe and effective wellness program.
Associates also maintain the cleanliness of the Wellness Center and oversee the safety of individuals utilizing the Wellness Center.
Our Wellness Center welcomes people of all ages & abilities, including youth, teens and adults.
YMCA branches currently hiring part-time staff are Apple Creek, Appleton, Fox West, Heart of the Valley, Neenah-Menasha and Ogden (Neenah).
This is a part-time position with a variety of shifts available, including early mornings, daytimes, nights and weekends.
CPR, AED & First Aid training required, but can be completed after hiring.
A degree in health & fitness or related field, or a national personal training or equivalent certifications preferred, but not required.
Good verbal & written communication skills are necessary along with the ability to work independently.
Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to provide wellness support to members & guests of all ages and abilities.
