Preschool Assistant Teacher/ Floater

Responsibilities: - Create a safe and nurturing environment for children in the classroom - Provide individualized attention and support to each child's needs - Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress - Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment - Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in care - Assist lead teacher in activities/ prep work Requirements: - Minimum of a high school diploma - Good communication skills, both verbal and written/ being able to work well with other co-workers - Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for children - Responsible - Passion for working with young children and helping them reach their full potential Skills: - Daycare experience/ preferred but not required - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues - Classroom management abilities to create a structured learning environment - Experience working with children to understand their needs and interests-preferred not required - Being reliable \* We are looking for 1 full time person and 1 part time.
The part time position would be a floater in both rooms.
