The process starts on our property and then taken to the butcher shop to be processed into the cuts you choose that fit your family's eating style.

Butcher fees are separate
Hanging weights(before bones are removed) are approximate, usually 150-250, with take home being 65%-70%.
Ordering a whole hog, you get to take home all the good stuff, such as bones, organs, and fat-all the good stuff.
