ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Develop and implement procedures for all facility reservations including but not limited to birthday parties, field trips, special events, program activities, and internal reservations.
Service as on-site contact person for field trips and groups.
Manage facility schedules to ensure organization.
Create monthly facility schedules and keep facility schedules updated on the Oshkosh Community YMCA APP.
Assist Youth and Family Director with any additional duties.
Maintains regular, clear, professional, and concise communication.
Strong computer skills are needed and the ability to work in multiple software programs.
YMCA Leader certification (or equivalent).
(Or completed within one year of employment)
One to two years related youth, family, camp, or education experience preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Must have very strong organizational skills.
