As the Assistant Site Manager at Wash Monkey Car Wash, you have the unique opportunity to lead and operate the store with a true sense of ownership.
Collaborate closely with the manager to ensure the smooth and profitable functioning of the car wash all while infusing a touch of fun into our daily operations.
As a hands-on assistant manager, you play a pivotal role in overseeing operations.
Assist with ensuring that our employees are well-trained, and the car wash functions seamlessly, maintaining high standards in equipment and presentation.
Your passion for customer service and sales shines through making the customer experience a top priority.
Assist with the streamlined workflow directed by the manager, bring energy and enthusiasm to your supervision of our fantastic team, and transform customer support into a delightful experience by resolving complaints with a smile.

Skills:
Communication skills, interpersonal skills, responsibility, leadership, ability to take direction, give directions, strong listening skills, decision making, organization, and problem solving.
Must be mechanically inclined and know your way around a toolbox.
Potential to work in all elements, wet, and dirty environment.
Responsibilities:
Effectively manage shifts to ensure a high-quality car wash, and exceptional guest service.
High energy self-starting individual with ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities.
Proficiency in MS office applications (excel, word, outlook, internet).
Willing to learn computer applications for industrial carwash machines.
Prior carwash experience and knowledge preferred.
Serve as a positive role model, coach, and mentor for team members, fostering a high energy and high performing environment.
Uphold compliance with operational and equipment safety procedures including hazardous chemicals.
Ability to lift unassisted 30 lbs.
Ability to push, pull, carts occasionally.
Ability to bend, squat, kneel, and crawl to diagnose and communicate machine failures occasionally.
Ability to climb ladders.
Qualifications:
One year management, previous customer service, team lead experience or associate degree in related field or any combination preferred.
Previous management experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license and must be willing to undergo a background check.
