WHAT YOU'LL DO Accurately diagnose and repair the vehicle to meet Bergstrom standards Inspect and test new vehicles and record findings Produce flat rate hours at 120% efficiency or better Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to Service Advisors Safely test driving guest vehicles before and after repairs Schedule: Monday-Friday shifts ranging 7:00 am to 6:00 pm Pay: Earning potential ranges from $60,000 - $110,000 WHO'S RIGHT FOR THE JOB? ASE Certifications are preferred, not required Degree in Automotive Technology OR experience as an Automotive Technician is required - Ford experience is a plus!
