Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Support corporate quality initiatives through managing improvement projects
Supports Quality Go Live initiatives across other Amcor Flexible Plants
Track and trend quality performance for assigned home plant
Assist in preparation of Quality Monthly Management Performance reports
Coordinate food safety, customer, and regulatory audits for assigned home plant
Monitor timely findings closure through CAPA management system.
Manages site to site raw material complaints
Manages customer item management (CIM) Data inputs to SAP
Manages and implement food safety program for assigned home plant
Maintain plant Quality System documentation
Coordinate internal audit program
Report Quality results for home plant on a weekly and monthly basis
Create change requests to various modules of CIM
Train co-workers and new employees on quality documentation to ensure adherence to various quality programs within the plant
Knowledge and Experience
2-4 years relevant working experience in Quality field
Previous experience in operations, customer service, data analysis
Extensive knowledge and hands on experience in maintaining quality system standards
Knowledge of Quality System Software and Quality Engineering tools
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma processes and tools
Quality related certifications preferred
Experience with Flexible packaging, Medical and Pharma regulatory environment a plus
College degree in related field
Strong computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
SAP experience preferred
