*Position Summary*
Matthews Tire is looking for motivated and dedicated employees to perform basic automobile service and maintenance functions.
Maintains upkeep of service department office and storeroom.
Locations: *Appleton, Menasha, Fond du Lac, Waupaca, and Green Bay*
* *Direct hire *position is base pay *PLUS *commission!
* Monday – Friday.
No weekends!
* Full-time and part-time positions available.

*Essential Duties and Responsibilities*
* Maintains professional image, clean and well groomed.
* Completes inspection checklists on automobiles.
Shares results with Service Manager.
* Performs basic service and maintenance functions on vehicles; oil changes, changing of fluids, tire rotations and tire repair/replacement in a timely and efficient manner.
* Cleans shop floor, service area and employee restroom/lounge.
Performs equipment maintenance duties.
* Ensures safe and clean shop floor and work environment.
* Unloads and organizes tire and supply shipments.
* Utilizes company vehicle to shuttle customers or pick up/drop off supplies.
* Attends and participates in store meetings.
* Assist other areas of the business as needed.
* Participates in on-going technical and educational training.
* Other duties as assigned or to increase knowledge base.
*Desirable Qualifications*
* Positive attitude
* Excellent safety and attendance performance
* Advanced knowledge of commercial tires and repair
* Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
* Must be willing to get DOT certified
* High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
