We are seeking a technically adept Software Engineer with a focus on .
NET Fullstack Development, specialized in Power BI, to play a pivotal role in developing an executive dashboard prioritizing simplicity, intuition, and robust data integrity.
This role supports our mission by ensuring timely, accurate, and trusted data delivery, scalable for broader business application and enhanced decision-making capabilities.
The ideal candidate will be the technical backbone behind our design thinking leader, focusing on backend development, data architecture, and integration, primarily leveraging .
NET technologies and Power BI.
Core Responsibilities:
Data Architecture and Integration:
Design and implement a high-integrity ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process to automate the flow of critical financial and operational data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Standardize data transformation processes to maintain consistency across the dashboard, with comprehensive documentation for transparency.
Lay the groundwork for easy integration of new data sources, supporting scalability and future technology adoption.
Backend Development:
Develop robust backend services using .
NET technologies (C#, ASP.
NET, MVC, Web API), creating a solid foundation for the executive dashboard.
Ensure data integration from various sources into Power BI is seamless and efficient, supporting complex data visualization needs.
Power BI Development:
Utilize Power BI to its full potential, creating interactive, user-friendly reports and dashboards that align with leadership’s strategic objectives.
Collaborate with the design lead to integrate visual analytics and drill-down capabilities, enabling deep insights and informed decision-making.
Collaboration and Documentation:
Work closely with the project's Technical Program Lead and Design Delivery Lead, ensuring technical solutions align with the project scope and strategic objectives.
Document all technical processes, data models, and architecture decisions for future reference and scalability.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Demonstrated experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong focus on .
NET technologies and Power BI.
Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex query writing, database design, and optimization.
Solid understanding of backend development principles and best practices in data integration and architecture.
Proficient in using Git for version control and familiar with CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Agile methodology experience, capable of adapting quickly to feedback and evolving project requirements.
Preferred:
Microsoft certifications related to .

Benefits:
The pay for this role ranges between $130,000 to $148,000 annually contingent upon the candidate's qualifications and experience.
