The Role:
With a focus on our Core Values of Integrity, Internally Driven, Fun and Respect, the Regional Vice President of Workforce Solutions will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our healthcare staffing solutions within the Managed Service Provider model.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
What You'll Be Doing:
Demonstrate commitment and behavior aligned with the philosophy, mission, values and vision of the company.
Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with healthcare organizations, hospitals, and medical facilities.
Understand clients' staffing needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
Identify and prospect new clients within the healthcare industry.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Develop and execute strategies to expand our client base.
Ability to present pipeline activity to internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in guiding clients through a comprehensive demonstration of VMS technology, showcasing its full range of features.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting our healthcare staffing services.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in Salesforce (CRM).
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Performs other duties as assigned.
What We Look For:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, marketing, sales, or related field.
7+ years of proven experience in healthcare strategic sales/healthcare staffing sales or a related industry.
Great Things to Have:
Strong understanding of the MSP model and healthcare staffing trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and results oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation/Benefits Information:
The estimated base pay for this position is $150,000.
00/ Annually.
Base pay will vary based on internal equity, candidates' skills and professional experience, geographic location, market and other potential factors.
