*Role Responsibilities:*
* Deliver superior clinical care, always acting in the patients' best interest.
* Record and review patient medical histories.
* Educate patients on the importance of preventing, diagnosing, and treating periodontal disease, emphasizing the links between periodontal conditions and overall systemic health.
* Collaborate with the Dentist to chart conditions of periodontal disease and develop the appropriate treatment plan.
*Qualifications:*
* Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) licensure required.
* Strong interpersonal and oral-communication skills.
* Attention to detail.
* Ability and willingness to create a positive, supportive environment for both patients and team members.
