We are looking to hire an assembly apprentice capable of learning and building all equipment offered by Thermach.
This job will initially focus on making cables, hoses, and sub assemblies.
As skills are developed, this individual will transition into full electrical/mechanical assembly.
*Job Duties* * Wire and pneumatically plumb equipment according to engineering schematics * Layout and assemble electro-mechanical components and equipment * Build and test cables and hoses * Follow and enforce safe practices * Crating and packaging * Other duties as assigned *Required Qualifications* * Utilize hand and power tools * Lift/pull 75 lbs * Have good communication skills * Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and schematics * Maintain a clean and safe work area * Basic computer navigation and utilization skills * Ability to be adaptable and flexible towards production needs * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision *Desired Attributes* * Assumes positive intent and treats others with respect * Does the right thing, even when nobodies watching * Customer first, quality focus - Takes ownership and sees things through * Intellectually curious – Constantly asks ‘why’ and looks for a better way * Electro-mechanical assembly or panel building experience *Benefits / Position Information* * Medical and dental insurance * Employee/family focused environment * Paid time off and paid holidays * Flexible schedule Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.
