Original Hip-hop band seeking drums and keys (Neenah)

Hello, we are (currently) a 3 piece group looking for a drummer and a keys player.
We have just started gigging out in the Fox Valley/Green Bay area.
The setlist is 1 hour long and it's about 80% originals, 20% covers, the covers being an array from hip hop to alt rock.
The range of music is pretty dynamic, from softer chill stuff to pretty heavy rocking stuff.
We practice in Neenah at least once a week, and are always working on new material and members are welcome to participate in writing.
We run wedge monitors or wired IEMs if you prefer, currently we're playing to a backing track but as fill the member slots we wont need them.
We're taking this very seriously and professionally so please reach out if it's something you're interested it.
Not necessarily looking for pros but you'll need to be able to learn songs on your own in a timely manner.
We are in our 20s and 30s if it matters.
