Temp room for mature male (Oshkosh)

Room needed in Oshkosh area until the end of November while I work on a long-term project.
I'm quiet and organized and looking for lodging that is also quiet and organized.
No smoking is a must.
I am allergic to cats and I love dogs.
Repairing old houses is my trade and any space I occupy will be in as good or better condition when I leave.
I work a lot, sometimes 7 days a week.
When not working I'm on my motorcycle or ebike or Kayak, and I also study photography.
