Lead Customer Service Representative – Full-time
Country Visions Cooperative is looking to hire an experience Lead Customer Service Representative (CSR Lead), located at our Brillion home office.
This person will be responsible for leading the Energy Division CSR team members, is located in-person and will report to the VP of Energy & Retail.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads the Customer Service Representative team members throughout all Energy locations
Assists management with tracking contract positions with Country Visions suppliers
Lead the training of current and new CSRs on all job responsibilities
Answer phone calls from customers and provide excellent service
Responsible for managing the Daily Position Report which houses information regarding contracting positions for customers and Country Visions
Participates with Energy team members in posting daily pricing
Daily utilization of our Energy Force software program for deliveries, projections and daily sales
Assists in preparing the monthly State fuel taxes
Lead in the preparation of monthly financial reporting for the Energy Division
Assists with generating various reports for management as needed
Leads in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring all new Energy CSRs
Conducting annual performance evaluations for all reporting team members
Involved in the compliance and disciplinary process as necessary
Utilization of Paycom HRIS
Routinely works with team members, managers, and executive leadership
Minimal travel required, less than 5%
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Prior customer service management experience preferred
At least 3 years of prior customer service experience
Demonstrated proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent customer service skills
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Successfully work in a fast-paced environment
