Wholesale Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage and oversee wholesale operations, including inventory management, order processing, and shipping
- Build and maintain relationships with wholesale customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns for wholesale customers
- Train and supervise sales team, providing guidance and support as needed
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance and set targets
- Analyze sales data and generate reports for management review
- Collaborate with other departments, such as production and finance, to ensure smooth operations
Skills:
- Strong sales skills with the ability to sell products effectively
- Proficient in using POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing and inventory management
- Experience in store management or retail operations is preferred
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse customer base
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and ability to analyze market trends
- Excellent math skills for pricing calculations and financial analysis
- Experience in sales management, including recruiting, training, and motivating a sales team
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with wholesale customers
