Team Leader/Assistant Manager - Chilton Mobil Ultimart

*Chilton Ultimart is hiring a Team Leader/Assistant Manager who is experienced in customer service and is excited to assist the Store Manager in leading a team!* The right candidate will have a strong knowledge of customer service and be interested in developing leadership skills.
There is opportunity to advance to Store Manager roles.
Responsibilities: * Operate the register/credit card machines and interact with customers to provide a high level of customer service on each interaction.
* Assist team members in daily maintenance.
* Replenish and maintain product rotation throughout store.
* Assist team members with work-related problems.
* Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth operations.
* Assist Store Manager with foodservice, vendor relationships, inventory control, banking, bookkeeping, store opening and closing, and other managerial duties as needed.
* Verify age of customers for the legal sale of age restricted products such as alcohol and tobacco.
* Must be willing to work weekends and most holidays to maintain normal hours of business.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $17.
