WHAT YOU GET TO DO
Communicates with and takes direction from account personnel, management, Sales Representatives and store personnel on a regular basis and reports problems in the proper timeframe
Responsible for proper inventory and reorganizing back stock, refill cold boxes, shelves, displays and dust product as needed
Build displays meeting supplier and company guidelines
Works with Sales Representatives and the chain division to execute and merchandise all monthly chain programs
Maintains and submits required reports in a timely manner
Maintains proper product rotation on all date sensitive products
Assists all divisions in display and shelf reset projects
Assist in running vacation routes
Assists Sales Representatives with rebates and coupons within assigned accounts as needed
Attends product and business training sessions and division meetings
Able to understand and complete all necessary training provided by the company as necessary
May be required to flex hours to support all areas of the business
Required to work (regular or overtime) or provide on call support on any day, may include nights, weekends and holidays
Additional duties as assigned by management

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
A Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Experience of one (1) to three (3) years merchandising experience preferred
Willing to relocate to fill an open sales route to advance career
Valid driver license, insurance and satisfactory driving record required
