Food and Consumables Team Lead

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the inventory of consumable supplies - Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies - Monitor and track inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess - Develop and implement efficient inventory management strategies - Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records - Develop plans and coordinate delivery of product to coincide with seasonal changes and customer expectations - Maintain organized and clean storage areas for consumable products - Assist in the procurement process by researching and selecting items for displays - Assist with customer relations and understand policies - Follow safety practices and ensure associates are following those standards This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage inventory levels, coordinate with vendors, and ensure the availability of necessary consumable supplies.
The ideal candidate should have experience in team leadership, training development, budgeting, and possess strong organizational skills.
