Summary:
As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will aid in the development and direction of the airport staff and assist in overseeing the day-to-day operational activities at the airport location.
Under the direction of the City Manager, you will help to encourage a positive team environment and aid in the development of sales and customer service skills for our agents through training, coaching, motivating, and example setting.
The ideal candidate for this position is energetic, sales motivated, has a passion for sales & customer service and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties:
Overseeing the day-to-day operational activities of the airport location
Encourage a positive team environment
Motivate and develop staff
Assist in hiring, training, evaluating, and scheduling employees
Report all aspects of productivity to the City Manager
Effectively communicate with customers, responding to all customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner both on the telephone and in person
Ensure a positive customer experience, while also promoting our additional products and services
Work a variety of scheduled shifts, including mid-shifts, evenings and weekends

Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Previous supervisory experience required
Must be able to perform data entry and computer entry tasks
Capacity to learn extensive training material and apply daily on the job
Effective verbal communication skills to communicate with customers, co-workers and management
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be physically able to assist our customers at our rental counter, which will include standing for extended periods of time
Ability to work flexible schedules which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
Able to handle confidential information
Must have a valid state driver’s license and good driving record
