*Hours: Full Time* · Full Time · Holidays off *Pay: $15 per hour* *Benefits:* * Competitive pay * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Vision insurance * Profit Sharing * 401K with Match * Paid Life Insurance * Paid Vacation * Paid Holidays * Employee Assistance Program * Team/Family environment * Over 100 years in the Fox Valley *Responsibilities:* · Perform thorough vehicle washing, detailing, and cleaning to ensure a sparkling showroom-ready appearance · Inspect and address any cosmetic issues, such as smudges, stains, or debris on vehicles · Collaborate with the sales team to prioritize and meet deadlines for vehicle preparation · Safely operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools · Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed · Conduct routine lot inspections to identify and promptly address any cleanliness concerns · Support a culture of excellence by consistently upholding our dealership’s cleanliness standards *Requirements:* · Valid Driver License is required · Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays · Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining a polished aesthetic · Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment · Excellent time management skills to meet tight deadlines · Team player mentality with good communication skills · Previous experience in automotive detailing or car care is a plus.
