We are hiring a Clinical Specialist – Acute Care!!!
Ideal candidate will live in Northeast (Baltimore/DC/Philadelphia) Area.
The Clinical Specialist - Acute Care will provide education to clinicians on the intended use of TIDI’s products by conducting in-person and virtual product demonstrations, evaluations, and in-services.
They will train Territory Managers in products and usage as needed, and work with Territory Managers and Strategic Account Managers to introduce and expand products into new and existing accounts.
They will develop relationships with clinicians in assigned accounts to promote the use of TIDI's products.
They are responsible for identifying new sales opportunities as well as maintaining and expanding existing business within specific assigned accounts.
Essential responsibilities: Conduct in-person & virtual product demonstrations and in-services Conduct in-person & virtual clinical evaluations Conduct post-sale implementation & in-service Maintain training & education detail in Salesforce.
com Create and maintain accounts in vendor credentialing agencies as needed Assist as needed in introducing contracted products into IDN affiliated accounts Establish and utilize clinician relationships to uncover new and/or expanding sales opportunities while in accounts Identify opportunities to expand the use of current products into new and existing accounts Facilitate the expansion of existing products and introduction of additional TIDI products into current accounts Document account activities and create opportunities in Salesforce Develop a plan to achieve revenue targets in territory Train Territory Managers as needed in operating room and hospital environment, product usage and implementation Conduct regular Teams calls with Territory Managers to increase and support their knowledge of the ACC Products and selling into the clinical market Collaborate with Territory Manager team to develop and update email templates, sales roadmaps, and other activities as needed Collaborate with Marketing to develop and implement marketing materials, and training materials as needed Represent TIDI Products Acute Care division at national and local trade shows Additional education and sales/sales support activities as needed CORE VALUES & GUIDING PRINCIPLES: • Understands internal and external customers • Assure a safe work environment • Encourage individual development • Demonstrates teamwork and flexibility/adaptability • Demonstrates honesty • Keep our commitments • Think systemically and ensure constancy of purpose • Lead with humility and respect every individual • Focus on process, embrace scientific thinking, flow and pull value, assure quality at the source and seek perfection Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences or 3-4 years related experience in the medical field.
3+ Years of experience in a surgical environment in a clinical or sales position.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations under stress.
Must have effective leadership, planning and decision-making skills.
Strong clinical acumen in surgical environment.
Demonstrated Ability to effectively train and educate clinicians in a surgical environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Power Point.
Experience using a CRM system – preferably salesforce.
Ability to communicate professionally with people at all levels of the organization and external contacts.
Must be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to work both independently and with others.
Ability to travel a minimum of 75%.
Ability to achieve credentialing through Vendormate and other Vendor Credentialing agencies in Territory, including being vaccinated against COVID-19.
Ability to establish a professional virtual home office to conduct virtual sales calls, product demonstrations, in-services and CE's.
