Position Summary:
The Accounts Receivable Credit Coordinator is responsible for daily cash applications.
Assist Accounts Receivable Credit Specialist with overdue customers to bring accounts current.
Review all Sales Order for accuracy and financial stability.
Other responsibilities include resolving customer issues related to their accounts and reporting on monthly metrics.
Roles and Responsibilities/ Essential Functions:
Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable team.
Complete accurate and timely entry of cash receipts daily.
Reconcile differences between customer payments and HBS invoices providing recommended adjustments.
Participate in our new customer on boarding process.
Assist Account Receivable Credit Specialist with collection activities.
Review sales orders for accuracy and financial stability.
Work with departments to satisfy customer requests and provide an exceptional customer experience including but not limited to providing insight and direction when possible.
Provide input regarding process improvements and participate in implementation process.
Collaborate with internal and external audit requests for information as needed.
Back up to the Receptionist.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Experience:
1 - 3 years related experience
Accounts Receivable experience a plus
Preferred Skills, Education and/ or Certifications:
Associates Degree
