With general direction from the Director of Cash Management and Treasury Operations, the Treasury Analyst is responsible for all daily cash and accounts receivable activities.
Job Functions:
Promotes and fosters a safe and secure operating environment.
Forecasts and reconciles daily cash management including account funding.
Ensures appropriate balances for working capital needs, initiates wire and account transfers, invests and redeems funds.
Maintains a Liaison with bank personnel relating to daily cash matters.
Ensures timely and accurate invoicing and collection of monies due to the company.
Ensures submission of invoices into the Airlines Clearing House (ACH).
Creates and maintains electronic records, journal entries into the general ledger, and account reconciliations to support banking transactions, and accounts receivable.
Maintains knowledge of banking software and accounts receivable financial system, ensuring correct functionality of systems.
Tests and reviews related software implementations and upgrades.
Provides back-up support for cash forecasting as needed.
Evaluates and implements changes to related financial processes ensuring internal control and efficiency.
Performs as the Business Continuity Team Leader for the Treasury business unit, ensuring plan is viable, inclusive, and current.
Assists in annual audit and special projects.

Must suggest/implement new policies and procedures to improve internal control and efficiency of banking and Accounts Receivable systems.

Education & Experience:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred with 1-2 years’ experience or Associate degree with 3-5 years’ experience.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Technical skills in the MS Office suite.
