The Warehouse/Inside Sales position will be responsible for the following:
* Taking / placing customer telephone calls; answer questions / take orders.
* Handling walk-in sales of all products (Stone, dirt, sealers, re-rod, expansion joint, etc.
)
* Assist with outside sales person on calling customers, ordering, tech-support, etc.
* Tele-marketing to contractors.
* Ordering / scheduling delivery of products.
* Maintain computerized inventory records.
* Cleaning and maintaining showroom.
* Loading of material when warehouse worker needs help.
Will run loader and forklift.
* Using internet to get MSDS and order product.
* Working with customers professionally on the phone
* Help with walk-in customers and assist with specialty product questions or orders.
Requirements include pre-employment testing, a good driving record.
CDL is not required, but a plus!
