Sales associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team.
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities: - Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products - Provide product information and demonstrate product features - Assist customers with product selection and offer recommendations based on their needs - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently - Handle cash and credit card transactions, including operating cash registers - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays - Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise - Meet or exceed sales goals and targets - Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business Requirements: - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions - Previous experience in cash handling is preferred - Ability to perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits - Knowledge of jewelry or electronics sales is a plus - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers - Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor and manage inventory If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
