*Anchor Point Marina Retail Sales Associates* work closely with our customers at our Downtown Fremont Location on the Fremont River Deck.

At Anchor Point Marina and Anchor Point Rentals & Retail you’ll receive the training and resources to take you to the next level.
Seasonal (May-Oct) with potential for off-seaseon hours.

* Restock and maintain displays
* Greet customers upon arrival, assist them with questions they have about our clothing and accessories
* Deliver outstanding customer service
* Accurately process payments and refunds in the form of both cash and credit cards Assist Anchor Point Marina events as needed
* Assist with social media content
* Accurately book pontoon, transient slip, and other watercraft rentals over the phone and in person
* Prepare our pontoons and watercraft for customers
* Inform customers about boating safety
* Check boats in after rental is completed, as well as cleaning and refueling General cleaning
* Other duties as needed

* Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
* Ability to generate creative store displays
* Ability to work 4-5 days a week including summer holidays (Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day)
* Desire to work in a fun, fast paced work environment
* Must have a valid driver’s license
