With strong support from our headquarters and in plant manufacturing, we offer an advantage to our clients that also helps our sales reps succeed and out earn their competition.
Duties: - Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote company products or services.
- Utilize warm calling techniques to engage with prospects and build relationships.
- Utilize Cold Calling Techniques to generate new leads.
- Research and identify target markets and industries to focus on for business development.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- Present product demonstrations and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share market insights, best practices, and achieve overall sales goals.
Skills: - Proven experience in outbound calling or sales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
