Hourly base pay plus uncapped bonus + commissions

What You Do:
Learn about the in-home sales process from step one: Marketing!
Generate leads for the In-Home Sales team
Discuss Mad City products with homeowners and look to schedule free in-home estimates
Show enthusiasm and motivation for interacting with potential customers
Become a fearless face-to-face communicator
Achieve performance metrics
What You Bring:
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability and desire to be coached
A sales-minded and persuasive personality
Open to relocation upon completion of internship (financial assistance provided)
Bachelor's Degree required
