Sales and Design Representative

Closet 1 Interiors in Appleton, WI is seeking a well-organized and positive individual for a full-time sales/design position.
The right applicant will work with our homebuilder and homeowner customers from introduction through sales and design to prepare their project for installation.
The length of time for the projects may vary from long term home builds to short term remodels.
This position works in our brand-new showroom with frequent outside appointments giving you the flexibility to set your own schedule within the given work week.
Sales/Design Position Roles and Responsibilities: * Follow-up on incoming sales leads * Prepare designs and estimates from house plans or site measurements in our CAD design program * Deliver sales presentations to new and existing customers * Take accurate field measurements * Build customer relationships without the use of hard or aggressive selling tactics * Contact potential new builders to build new partnerships Benefits Include: * Full time (40 hours/week) position * Uncapped sales commission $50,000 - $100,000+ * Paid vacation and holidays * Health Insurance Stipend ($250/month) * 401(K) with employer matching * Paid internal and external training * Company vehicle for appointments * Company provided sales leads Desired Background and Skills: * Interior designing * Prior sales experience * Problem solving and critical thinking skills * Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks * An interest working within the home building industry * Positive team player with good interpersonal skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Valid driver's license Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.
